The right candidate for this role is someone who wants to push and improve the entire landscape of the market. This person should be confident, passionate, and able to speak to great design and advertising principles while applying them in their daily projects. You will be tasked with influencing positive change in our clients’ businesses with the ability to adapt quickly in assisting small to national brands.


We are looking for someone who will pour their heart into every job, thrive on creative freedom, and push for the best possible creative solutions; someone that is willing to invest the time to partner with our sales team and their clients to understand objectives within the advertising landscape. You will play an integral part in providing our clients with the best possible results for their success.


Your Responsibilities

  • Partner with our Sales team to create engaging OOH content for our clients to determine best solutions for their brand goals  
  • Manage project intake for clients across a variety of industries
  • Prioritize project intake as needed to ensure deadlines are met
  • Create print and digital-ready designs to fulfill local to national client projects
  • Take lead on projects when required
  • Ability to present work to clients and internal teams providing clear design theory
  • Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, and vendors as necessary
  • Help maintain creative integrity throughout the market
  • Utilize and expand your knowledge of advertising design to contribute to campaigns


Your Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Understanding of visual details, design principles, and motion design
  • Ability to illustrate concepts by designing example art arrangements for submittals
  • Experience working within both digital and print
  • Strong knowledge of advertising design
  • Ability to independently manage time and work within a fast-paced environment


The salary range for this role is $60,000-$70,000.


Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
