We are Walker & Dunlop. We are one of the largest providers of capital to the commercial real estate industry, enabling real estate owners and operators to bring their visions of communities — where people live, work, shop, and play — to life.
We are committed to creating meaningful social, environmental, and economic change in our communities. We believe seeking diverse talent and promoting the inclusion of all perspectives are more than moral imperatives – they are critical to our success and ability to innovate and grow.
Walker & Dunlop’s Summer Internship Program provides a dynamic environment for students to learn aspects of the commercial real estate finance industry. Each year, W&D invites a distinguished group of interns to participate in a ten-week training and mentoring program to help build their skills and learn about the organization. Interns will play supporting and individual contributor roles and can make meaningful contributions to our business through hands-on training.
Our marketing team focuses on building and promoting the W&D brand to ensure that everyone understands the benefits of W&D. Our specialized marketing experts collaborate to provide excellent service internally and externally. Our marketing specialties include Brand & Content, Creative, Marketing Strategy & Planning, Digital (Web, Email and Advertising), Communications/PR, Events, and Operations and Analytics.
The Graphic Design Intern will support the award-winning Creative team. As a member of the in-house agency, the intern will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing digital and print creative projects that bring Walker & Dunlop’s brand identity to life across various platforms. In addition to marketing-focused work, the intern will collaborate with Investment Sales and Capital Markets teams to assist with the design of deal-specific collateral, such as Broker Opinions of Value and Offering Memorandums, providing creative support to sales teams in markets across the country.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to revenue-generating work that helps differentiate W&D in the marketplace.
