Global Sustainability Value Practice Lead

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience in Value Engineering, Customer Advisory and/or Strategy Consulting
  • Experience managing business executive stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering and implementing board-level digital transformation strategies.
  • Experience leading sustainability deals.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Environmental Engineering or another Environmental, Social, and Governance related area.
  • Knowledge of value-selling methodologies and processes, opportunities, value chain, and value realization across cloud technology.
  • Understanding of cloud sales and services, and a passion for sustainability.

As a Global Sustainability Value Practice Lead, you'll be responsible for developing and driving the Sustainability Value Selling approach in all critical Sustainability selling situations. You will collaborate with and influence global sales, product and industry leadership, drawing upon your experience as a business executive and your broad knowledge of Environmental, Social, and Governance strategies.


Success in this role is exemplified by sustainability sales and adoptions, customer and seller consumption of insights with a supporting analytical methodology for key regions and industries to assess Sustainability value.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead sustainability go-to-market selling motions, including a value methodology, and drive sustainability deals by leading a value advisor function.
  • Lead efforts to establish differentiated industry focused value propositions where needed around sustainability.
  • Brief Google Cloud leadership on customer patterns and emerging trends in sustainability based on customer value engagements.
  • Work with cross-functional leaders to enable the greater Google Cloud sales organization on best practices and key learnings.
  • Work closely with the Market Insights team to drive the analytical methodology around sustainability.
