Global Product Marketing Manager, Creative Experiences

Responsibilities

The TikTok for Business Creative Experiences team seeks an experienced product marketer to join our rapidly expanding team. Our mantra at TikTok for Business is “Don’t Make Ads, Make TikToks”. The Creative Experiences team makes this possible for advertisers of all sizes through tools, education and partnerships.


In this role, you will be responsible for defining the strategy for and building our creative ecosystem. This will involve product development, partner engagement and go to market execution.


In this role, you will:

  • Partner with product, sales, design, partnerships and marketing teams to build, launch, and expand the creative ecosystem for TikTok For Business
  • Work closely with the Product team to influence the product roadmap
  • Collaborate with our partnerships team to increase advertiser access to creative partners
  • Determine internal and external go-to-market strategies for new product launches
  • Draw on qualitative and quantitative insights to understand global product adoption
  • Conduct marketing research and analysis to define opportunities and recommend new product ideas or marketing strategies


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in technology or internet technology, digital marketing, product management, strategy consulting
  • BA/BS degree or above
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast changing environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships internally & externally and work with key stakeholders across the organization


Preferred Requirements:

  • Familiarity with creative competitive landscape and best practices
  • Experience working with creative service providers (creative agencies, ad tech solutions, productions companies)
  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Knowledge of ad platforms
