The Global Marketing Communications Associate Manager is responsible for driving excitement around BICs Innovation and Initiatives around the world within and outside of our organization, and we are looking for someone with experience, passion, and energy to bring this to life.  


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage external Global Insights & Innovation (GI&I) communications, collaborating with both the Communications/PR and Investor Relations teams
  • Foster internal communication within the GI&I team, including the creation of engaging newsletters
  • Package GI&I communications for wider dissemination throughout the BIC organization, encompassing platforms such as "What You Need to Know" (WYNTK), "The Point," local launch events, new hire welcome packs, and desk drops
  • Assist in Planning and Executing Internal Events and Meetings
  • Contribute to enhancing the FUNtastic community within the organization
  • Elevate the excitement factor of Townhall meetings by identifying and promoting 'newsworthy' items while collaborating closely with content teams
  • Contribute to the successful execution of the Innovation Summit
  • Drive Team Engagement to Positively Impact the BIC Organization


What We’re Looking for In You:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience 
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or social media content development is required, preferably with an agency background or in a related field
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • A high degree of organizational prowess and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Adept at copywriting and proofreading tasks
  • A global mindset and a deep passion for fostering growth
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, exert influence without formal authority, and engage with individuals at all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in building compelling presentations that distill complex information into a clear narrative flow, concise takeaways, and impactful visuals


Location: Shelton, CT (hybrid - 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home)
