As Employment Brand Manager for GE HealthCare, you’ll own the strategy and execution of our employee value proposition. Your role will be to partner with the Talent Acquisition leadership team and the wider business to position GE HealthCare as a top of mind” employer, with the aim to attract and engage the best talent aligned to our mission and vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employer branding principles and practices, as well as experience in marketing and communication across multiple geographies.  


You’ll need to understand our target talent profiles, what excites them and how to attract them. You’ll also need to have an outstanding understanding of our competitive landscape- who we’re up against and why.


Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Understand the talent profiles and priorities for GE HealthCare and develop a robust employer branding strategy aligned to attract, engage and hire this talent
  • Define target candidate personas and engage brand followers ultimately building and sustaining a talent network/ talent community
  • Amplify GE HealthCare’s Colleague Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand internally and externally
  • Drive consistency of our employer brand while providing a tailored approach across business segments and regional locations, worldwide
  • Promote and communicate the colleague value proposition through various external platforms
  • Optimize the GE HealthCare careers site
  • Develop communication campaigns to support the talent recruiting strategy and drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other channels.
  • Create, uncover, and articulate personal and inspirational employee stories to promote our employment brand through the words of our colleagues
  • Relationship management for employer brand external vendors and agencies across the globe
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of vendor relationships and marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI and provide feedback of these results to stakeholders
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and next steps to fully optimize our marketing efforts
  • Influence, educate and manage key stakeholders, including the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team and senior leadership teams across the business
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver well-organized, timely, and successful marketing campaigns.
  • Support emerging talent needs and/or new markets with market research and employer branding plan
  • Leverage research and insights to identify or craft opportunities to support recruiting goals.
  • Collaborate with our Corporate Marketing and Communications team to ensure the marketing and recruiting goals are aligned and on-brand
  • Ensure all colleagues have the tools needed to act as brand ambassadors of GEHC culture to promote our employer branding and CVP

Basic Qualifications

  • Min of 7 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or communications
  • Strong understanding of employer branding principles and practices
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple geographies
  • Proven project management experience and understanding of project management tools


Preferred Qualifications 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A curious and exceptional writer
  • A strong communicator with project management skills
  • An ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Eager to network and create connections both within GE HealthCare and with external channels, media and platforms.
  • A strong visual storyteller (i.e video, digital art, social media channels, etc)
  • Data driven and with a focus on continual improvement


Hybrid role – estimated Work from home 80% and in office 20%

 

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $145,200 - $217,800. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.


While GE HealthCare does not currently require U.S. employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19, some GE HealthCare customers have vaccination mandates that may apply to certain GE HealthCare employees.
