The Growth Operations team at VTEX has the purpose of supporting the Sales, Marketing, Customer experience and Partner teams in order to provide indicators that help the area achieve its goals and objectives.


The Global Deal Desk Manager will be a senior profile with the responsibility to manage and be a path to scale the company growth. This key role will be a partner to our Sales and legal structure, providing support to the organization on complex deal structures and custom pricing.


IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Build and scale the Global Deal Desk strategy function and organization and manage the pricing strategy for all VTEX products;
  • Collaborate with Sales leaders and our customers to accelerate deal structures velocity, serving the right customer experience;-Drive innovative pricing strategy, complex contract negotiations and guarantee compliance to corporate policies;
  • Review all sales deals by applying pricing knowledge and handle sales teams requests for custom pricing deals;
  • Develop a high level understanding of ongoing trends in the marketplace and deliver innovative pricing strategies; 


WE WANT SOMEONE WHO HAS

  • 15+ years of experience in SaaS, deal management or pricing strategies;
  • Negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence team members;
  • Extensive experience with finance and with pricing negotiations;
  • Tech & Math mindset to provide simple solutions to complex problems
