Global Corporate Compensation Director

Remote Perrysburg, OH

This is a newly created role as we bring focus to our total rewards program across our U.S. and Canada operations, including our corporate headquarters.


You will have the opportunity to be involved across a wide breadth of rewards programs including global, executive, equity, incentive, and U.S. compensation programs, global wellbeing, global mobility and domestic relocation programs. You will report to the VP, Total Rewards, Dawn Oberhouse, and will be part of our Global Total Rewards Leadership Team, which is responsible for the development of the reward and benefits strategies, contemporary, competitive and cost-effective rewards programs, and the formulation of global rewards policies, governance, structures, protocols, and programs.


We support flexible working, and as such this role can be based anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.

  • Lead our strategic compensation program across our office and plant locations in the U.S. and Canada to ensure we are competitive in attracting and retaining talent. Stay abreast of legislative changes impacting compensation and recommend actions/position.
  • Lead our global mobility offering and ensure we provide competitive, value-driven offerings.
  • Oversee the domestic mobility program in the U.S., including vendor management
  • Support our U.S. labor relations team, by providing compensation-related data and modeling
  • Develop a comprehensive total rewards communication strategy to ensure the biggest return and to educate the employee population about both the content and the value of the programs being provided
  • Support the VP, Total Rewards in leading executive compensation programs and providing support on related matters, including overall competitive compensation positioning, short and long-term incentive design, equity management, SEC regulations, executive policy design and compliance, and preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, including proxy CD&A.
  • Provide strategic advice and expertise to People & Culture leaders
  • Participate in due diligence: check-lists; pre-acquisition; integration planning; individual and group compensation transition strategy.


Qualifications

  • Have experience working with global mobility including administrating expatriate programs
