WHAT TO EXPECT

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our downtown Denver office, you will be Gates' Global Corporate Communications Manager.

  • You will report to the Senior Director, Marketing.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will develop and build a strategic vision for branding and communications in collaboration with the Gates leadership team.


Key responsibilities:

  • Creation and execution of organization-wide marketing, communications, and branding strategies to ensure that Gates is competing successfully and achieving its business goals. Work closely with Product Line Management, Regional Commercial, Global Marketing and Corporate Development teams to ensure the Gates brand identity and standard are positioned effectively and consistently delivered in all communications and marketing channels
  • Responsible for editorial direction, design and production of marketing assets including campaigns, product launches, collateral, digital media, advertising and events. Lead the digital communications strategy for Gates, including developing and maintaining a world-class web presence, driving social media engagement and ensuring a consistent and effective voice across all digital platforms (i.e., website, mobile, email, social, partner channels)
  • Manage and maintain strong KPI metrics to track and improve our digital presence.
  • Lead the development of sequenced PR and Brand Communications activities both globally and regionally to ensure proper orchestration to drive brand and business results.
  • Develop annual marketing communication strategies, plans and budgets - determine priorities and how to effectively deliver marketing concepts and how to roll out the campaign internationally
  • Ensure regional brand communications plans are aligned with global efforts to drive single brand articulation yet allowing for regional application.
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness with internal and external customers, including handling escalated and complex situations.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline required
  • 10+ years of progressive professional work experience in Branding and Communications
  • Minimum of Five (5) years of Management and Leadership experience 
  • Proven skills in the ability to develop sound marketing communication strategies and oversight of tactical implementation 
  • Strong project leadership experience with the ability to communicate with executive level management 
  • Demonstrated ability to drive consensus and alignment across functions
  • Ability to lead and inspire through trust and respect
  • Excited to work in the office with great teammates
  • Travel: 10% max
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

 

PAY & BENEFITS

  • Full-Time
  • Bonus Eligible:10%
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued 
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match

Salary: $ 102.950.00 - $ 123.543.00
