Global Corporate Affairs Communications & Engagement Leader

This is a unique opportunity to shape multiple aspects of internal and external engagement plans in a dynamic organization. Responsibilities include:

  • Create and manage content that supports Corporate Affairs team, including town halls, social media, blogs, etc.
  • Assist communications team in developing and implementing a communications strategy designed to further company objectives
  • Monitor analytics and create reports detailing the successes and failures of communications campaigns and strategies
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to communications strategies and practices
  • Respond to media inquiries and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Build strategic partnerships to grow brand notoriety
  • Coordinate communications between Executive Teams
  • Maintain content calendar, adjusting and re-planning as necessary to align with business objectives
  • Recognize and develop compelling stories, in partnership with the team, and deliver to appropriate audience at the right time, in the right channel(s)


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience working in executive communications
  • Outstanding ability to capture the executive’s voice and elevate their content and presence
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and agility to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Experience navigating a complex, matrixed organization, and confidence and poise to work closely with senior executives
  • Project management and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at once
  • Ability to quickly learn and master a subject
  • Great media contacts and desire to grow and leverage relationships with media
  • Ability to see and craft a story
  • Ability to work well with a variety of teams and organizational levels
