Freelance Consumer Insights Coordinator

Remote (United States)

One of Ro’s core tenants is meeting our patients at eye level. As part of the Consumer Insights team at Ro, you will work closely with teams across the organization to help bring the patient to life, embodying the voice of our patients to ensure they are represented in every decision. 


So who are you? You are a natural problem solver who enjoys finding creative ways to unlock learning more about the consumer and a representative of those learnings across departments. This is a contract role reporting to a manager on the insights team and will work closely on a wide variety of research across all of Ro. 


What You'll Do:

  • Support insight managers in the execution of daily work
  • Program & analyze survey data
  • Clean and analyze syndicated data sets
  • Desk research to identify and summarize available data
  • Help with administrative and project management tasks to support the team


What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 0-2 years experience in marketing, strategy, or consumer insights
  • Some previous experience with qualitative or quantitative research methods (preferred)
  • Fluency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Insatiable curiosity about human behavior
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis
  • Attention to detail
  • Desire to create a better more accessible healthcare system 
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes to support consumer insights


This is an hourly position paid monthly.
