What you'll be doing...

  • Coordinate and verify all data transfers among the company’s databases in a timely manner.
  • Take corrective actions if data transfers are not accurate.
  • Check the integrity of all financial reporting systems of the company.
  • Review the input of annual cost center budgets by managers into TM1.
  • Generate monthly managerial reports required by the company
  • Prepare quarterly Incentive reports, monthly allocation journals, and quarterly capital spending reports
  • Assist with the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Develop statistical and trending analysis.
  • Assist the Senior Financial Analysts, and the VP of Accounting and Finance with:
  • Development of the annual plan.
  • Projections compilation.
  • Cross-training other departments on systems usage, Excel templates, and report writing
  • Updating the departmental procedures manual
  • All other duties as directed by the Senior Financial Analyst, and VP of Accounting &Finance.


What we're looking for...

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • Loves to ask the why, who, when, and where questions and determine the answers.
  • Knowledge of Aptean Apprise, Power BI, and IBM Analytics, is preferred.
  • Must possess a solid proficiency in spreadsheet programs (Excel) and Google Sheets. This must include pivot tables, indexing, if/then statements, and lookup statements.
  • Thorough knowledge of reading and preparing a financial statement and balance sheet.
  • Should be able to work well under pressure, work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively in English both in verbal and written formats.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all work papers.
  • May have to work late nights and weekends.


Your work environment...

Work is performed primarily indoors. Lighting is artificial. Equipment used includes standard office equipment (i.e. computer, telephone, fax machine, printer, and copier). Physical demands include spending an average of 6 hours a day using a computer, sitting, repetitive use of both hands, walking, standing, lifting up to 25 lbs., grasping, and reaching overhead. Hours and days are primarily Monday through Friday with some weekends required.


Pay Range: $70k - $110k D.O.E.
