Financial Analyst

Ultimate Kronos Group is seeking a hardworking & dedicated Sr. Financial Analyst – FP&A to join our Global Delivery Services (GDS) Finance team. The right candidate will thrive in a highly visible individual contributor role supporting APAC Professional Services by providing actionable insights from in-depth revenue analysis, trend/metric analytics, and capacity planning, along with developing annual plans and quarterly forecasts. This role will be responsible for working with multiple levels of the business including Senior Management and the Finance organization to produce and enhance internal management reporting and analyses.

Job Responsibilities

Analyze & provide actionable insights into Services revenue performance, including comparisons to budget & quarterly forecasts
Develop new and refine existing forecast models to improve forecast accuracy and highlight key drivers
Ensure accurate and timely production of regular reporting packages
Serve as a Business Partner for GDS in developing budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly variance analysis
Lead discussions with key stakeholders in Finance and GDS about findings and data
Complete special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed

Skills / Qualifications

Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills and interest in continuous process improvement
Self-starter with the ability to work independently under general supervision while keeping supervisor informed
Flexibility and openness to change; comfort making decisions amidst ambiguity and disparate systems
Proficient with Excel and data
Ability to handle time-sensitive projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to establish harmonious working relationships with co-workers and to work effectively in a professional team environment

Qualifications

Education/Certification/License

Business Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of experience in Professional Services Finance, Operations Finance, or Corporate FP&A
