Financial Analyst

Dallas, TX

AECOM is seeking a Financial Analyst, to support our Corporate Finance team to be based in Dallas, TX. Our teams provide the strategic guidance that shapes the vision and direction for AECOM. We are looking for an outstanding Financial Analyst with strong communication skills to support our Corporate Finance, Investor Relations and Treasury functions. The successful candidate will work with our Corporate Finance team along with finance and operations partners in the business to deliver on our key financial objectives and investor communications, including:

  • Develops, manages, and maintains an active dialogue with key internal finance and business leads to support the department’s analysis efforts
  • Provides support preparing quarterly earnings calls and presentation materials
  • Provides support for the department’s ongoing shareholder outreach and relationship management efforts
  • Tracks and monitor sell-side financial models and consensus estimates
  • Works closely with communications and other involved parties to develop a clear and concise message to investors and analysts
  • Develops a working knowledge of the peer group and provide insightful analysis on industry trends
  • Contributes content to quarterly regulatory filings and Board presentations
  • Works with third party vendors to manage the company’s investor relations website, conference calls and transcripts, and investor data
  • Provides finance support for all new and ongoing Departmental Strategic Initiatives

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or related field plus 4 years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, treasury, investor relations, investment banking, or similar, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Previous experience with financial modeling and/or analyzing financials


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience creating messaging for press releases and presentations
  • Ability to track and monitor sell-side financial models and consensus estimates
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience managing websites and creating content
  • Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet or CapIQ is a plus
