Financial Analyst
Kyndryl Finance is looking for a motivated and talented individual in their senior year of college with 1-2 semesters remaining to join our team of Financial Analysts. This individual should display strong communication, financial analysis, problem solving, cost accounting and leadership skills. In this role, the job responsibilities may include: reporting, developing and delivering impactful and accessible financial models and presentations to executives, process innovation and improvement, conduct business and labor rate analysis, short and long term forecasting, managing organizational spend, and performing deep dives into business situations while concurrently making observations and recommendations for organizational decisions.

This is a ~40 hour/week commitment with a six month term from December 12, 2022-June 16, 2023.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Strong background in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in finance, economics, accounting, business or other related field.
