We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our G&A finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations related to the company's General and Administrative functions. This role requires a strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.


  • Manage the financial planning and analysis process for G&A expenses, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Partner with department heads to develop and track departmental budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Analyze G&A expense trends and variances, providing insights and recommendations to the business partners and senior management.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to G&A expenses.
  • Assist in the development of financial models and scenarios to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel. Experience working in Hyperion is a plus!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated process improvement and project management skills. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on G&A expense management.

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $95k – $150k. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.
