About the team

The HanaHaus team is looking for a talented and passionate community strategist with a focus on business development, finance, and operations. This fulltime internship position will be based in Newport Beach or Palo Alto, CA. Our team adds a personal touch to each HanaHaus location, and we are committed to empowering our members in every way. We keep HanaHaus full of amazing small businesses and entrepreneurs by making inspiring first impressions with everyone we meet. We are the heart and soul of the HanaHaus experience. We have recently undergone a reorganization that has opened up a lot of learning opportunities within the team, as roles and processes are shuffling to accommodate the changes. We are managing the workload as it is, but would be really great to be able to pull someone in to provide a helping hand as well as a fresh perspective. This would also be a great learning opportunity for the individual, as the role would cover a variety of topics including revenue reporting, monthly/quarterly accounting, data analysis, community strategy, and business development to a name a few. The intern will be asked to drive these engagements and design innovative business initiatives to elevate HanaHaus to the next level. We are looking for a person who has a “can do” attitude and will support all areas of the business.
