Finance Manager, Global Strategic Initiatives

We are looking for a Manager, FP&A (individual contributor) to focus on strategic initiatives supporting our Global Sales Organization (GSO) and Monetization teams. In this role, you will have unique visibility across multiple lines of businesses and serve as the key liaison between Finance and cross-functional teams such as Sales, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Product, and others. You will help develop and support key strategic initiatives, acting as a thought-partner with internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of FP&A, the FP&A Manager will work across departments to turn analyses into business-driving insights, communicate these insights to key stakeholders and senior leadership, and support strategic decision making. The successful candidate will be a team player who possesses strong critical thinking and analytical skills, and enjoys solving complex business problems.


Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with internal FP&A teams and cross-functional partners to lead and support strategic analyses to address the evolving business dynamics 
  • Partner with key cross-functional stakeholders to deliver analysis, insights, and inform direction of strategic GTM initiatives 
  • Program manage key, horizontal business initiatives through scoping, planning, and execution phases; liaising with internal FP&A leads to ensure teams deliver on project milestones and track success 
  • Act as thought partner to rest of Global Monetization team in ideating, framing, and presenting on initiatives spanning multiple businesses and/or functions  
  • Assist in developing and driving cross-functional GTM initiatives, GSO operational priorities, and internal benchmarking to drive efficiency and consistency across lines of businesses 
  • Support preparation of materials for leadership discussions drive recommendations and decision against strategic and operational initiatives


Basic Qualifications: 

  • 6+ years of financial analysis experience, working directly in an FP&A, Strategic Finance, Business Operations or related environment 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with success partnering, collaborating, and influencing across a wide spectrum of organizations at all levels 
  • Superior organization and project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt plans through change 
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to assemble a robust Powerpoint deck using numbers & data to support a narrative 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills 
  • Ability to work well in a demanding, fast-paced environment and can manage competing priorities 
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, with a can-do attitude and strict attention to detail in meeting critical deadlines 
  • Strong systems skills with preference toward Hyperion (Essbase), Oracle Financials and/or Salesforce CRM 
  • Diligent, highly accurate with extreme attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills 
  • Ability to demonstrate thought-leadership, teamwork, anticipate business needs, and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
