Finance Manager

Atlanta, GA

Be a part of a dynamic, flexible agile team focused on the highest priority initiatives within our North America Operating Unit (NAOU). The NAOU Agile Zone COE Finance team will be working on both projects and routine work to drive growth, improve profitability, explore innovation, improve efficiency, and provide ad hoc analysis/financial insights with many cross-functional partners. 


This Finance Manager role will largely be project and client focused, leveraging SME skillsets from across Finance. The Agile Zone COE Team operates as a networked unit, flexing resources as needed to provide superior business partnership and commercial finance analysis to NAOU. 


What You’ll Do for Us 

  • Planning & Performance – Business Plan planning support, system economics and business models, insights, performance management, business integration, P/L validation, emerging business, ad hoc analyses
  • Operations – Support Zone operations, Franchise and Governance, Foodservice, Commercial analytics, Dispensing Strategy, pricing strategy, business, warehouse operations, and various ad hoc initiatives
  • Process Improvement – Support systems modernization, project management, automation, and creating analytics dashboards as needed
  • ·Budget Management – Routine oversight on Operating Expense (OPEX) budget, Deductions from Revenue (DFR), and Direct Marketing Expense (DME)
  • Customer – Support Customer operations, deals negotiation & analysis, commercial analytics, and dispense equipment pricing strategy
  • Capability – Migration and transition support to platform services, project management, and ad hoc NAOU process support
  • Note that this is an Agile role with flexible resourcing, so not all above responsibilities will be performed by the employee


Functional Skills:  

  • Develop Solutions for complex business needs 
  • Make Recommendations to Client, Finance and Operation Unit leadership         
  • Agile financial support to drive business results aligned to Long-Term growth strategy


Qualifications & Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 5 or more years of financial solutions/strategies and influencing work experience required 
  • Advanced skills in Analytical tools, such as MS PowerBI, MS Power Apps, etc
  • Comfortable with “whitespace” and ideation
  • Agility and flexibility to take on different projects and work responsibilities
  • Comfortable with Customer-facing conversations and negotiations.
