What Your Impact Will Be:
- Receive Fully Executed Agreements and/or Project Documents; read them, then save them to Box
- Assess payment terms and lay out payment/invoice deadlines on the Pipeline/Vendor payment Smartsheet – provide Box link
- Communicate to Vendors and Onboard them through Procurement
- Update and enter the project information and payments due on the Budget smartsheets for all DEG ADVs, attach the document for easier year end accrual backup
- Follow up on project progress on the pipeline from pending, to completed, and updating CP REQs to CP #s as they happen (Pipeline, ADV sheet, Vendor Payment sheet)
- Request POs through Coupa
- Record other estimates on ADV sheets from internal partners (MCS, Mattel TV, Marcomm) as routed from internal teams (Social, YouTube, Influencer, localization, etc)
- Flag discrepancies or funding shortages/overages
- Update Workfront as necessary
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone that is highly detail oriented.
- Need to be able to read a contract and extract pertinent information (Vendor/fso/dba; payment terms & milestones.)
- Knowledge of Excel is a must. Experience with other budgeting software a plus (Media Pulse, Oracle, Anaplan, Smartsheets, etc.)
- In person in El Segundo Mon-Thurs
- Need to be able to learn quickly; communicate effectively; and work efficiently.
- Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
The base hourly rate for this position is between $25.75 and $31.00 per hour.
This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base hourly rate will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
