We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our Finance & Accounting (F&A) organization as a Finance Manager in Toronto, ON. (Entry Level)

Finance & Accounting at P&G plays a leadership role in strategy setting, decision-making, business planning and analysis across all aspects of the business. In addition, we lead Company efforts in Corporate Strategy, Tax, Treasury, M&A, Accounting, and Internal Controls.

What can you expect?

As the Finance Manager of a P&G brand, you are the lead finance resource on a multi-functional team made of Marketing, Sales and Market Planning. You are a major contributor to the team’s strategic direction and will be a key point of contact for the North American Finance organization while solving a broad range of business problems.


You will be given significant business responsibility and ownership from the beginning you will have a clear leadership role in strategic business planning, forecasting, budget management, initiative analysis, pricing and investment optimization.

Qualifications

  • We are looking for candidates who:
  • Have a University degree in any of these areas – Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics
  • New graduates or those with some work experience (1-2 years) will likely find this role to be a good fit
  • Demonstrate critical/strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent leadership skills and a track record of success. 
  • Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and financial modelling skills are required
  • Prior experience in consumer-packaged goods industry is considered an asset
  • Proficient French speaker is consider an asset
