Fashion Partnerships Project Manager
Responsibilities
TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo.
Our Media Partnerships team fosters and accelerates our partnership efforts with the top digital publishers and brands. We are looking for a Fashion Partnerships Project Manager with a deep knowledge and interest in digital/social content, as well as a proven background of working with relevant partners to find success and generate innovation.
- Handle outbound requests from cross functional teams
- Strategically project manage and track communication + deliverables with Vertical Lead
- Provide daily support for media publishers by assisting team lead with account request
- Prepare weekly project status reports to circulate amongst key stakeholders during our key tent pole project
Qualifications
- Understanding of the online publisher landscape, with a passion for finding and developing TikTok publishers and brands in Fashion and Beauty
- Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
- Superior attention-to-detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- A team player who is accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
