Our Facilities Team at Moog Military Aircraft Group is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join them. You will report to the Facilities Director and will have an onsite work schedule in East Aurora, NY.
You will provide organization and support to office workflow, extending through records maintenance, data acquisition and analysis, the facilitation and follow-up of incoming and outgoing communication, and schedule/ calendar coordination.
This position supports the composition and edit process for correspondence, memoranda, reports, and presentations. You will have an opportunity to interface across our EA Campus footprint, with a wide range of stakeholders, vendors, and internal customers.
To be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
- Associate Degree in Business, or related field.
- At least 4 years of professional experience supporting a similar function, ideally requiring
- internal and external customer interface with written and verbal communication, utilizing
- office equipment technology and software.
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite
As a Facilities Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Assure that the Facilities group receives effective, timely, and consistently upgraded and
- improving office support services.
- Establish and maintain work processes and workflow for the department’s office(s) in
- accordance with its needs, with awareness of preferences of principals.
- Provide professional support for Facilities leadership including but not limited to; catering, meeting coordination, conference room scheduling, agendas, scribe for meetings as needed (confidentiality required), distributing correspondence from leadership to staff. coding invoices for approval; complete expense reports
- Provide efficient and proficient advanced office services for principals as appropriate for
- needs of the department.
- Provide efficient and proficient back-up office service for other departments or principals
- as assigned.
- Perform special projects as assigned in support of principals' assignments.
- Provide courteous, effective, and professional contact communications for the
- department and principals with varied of other persons and organizations, inside and
- outside the Company.
- Address priorities and meet work deadlines with very minimal issues for principals or superiors.

Salary Range Transparency:
$20.19–$26.44 Hourly | Buffalo, NY
