We have an opportunity for a dynamic, driven Event Marketing Manager to join the North America Field Marketing team to execute our event programs that enable the North America sales teams.


With a focus on facilitating new business revenue growth, generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and nurturing existing relationships, this individual will support the organization’s Business Development, Account Management and Marketing teams through the effective management of all events. 


The individual will spearhead the strategy, planning, and execution of all manner of events, attendance and securing speakers. This will include our own created events, sponsored events, trade shows, and company events in all formats including in-person, virtual and hybrid.  


They will work with other worldwide marketing teams to leverage best practices, learning, tools and materials. This individual should have a successful track record of organizing events and proving ROI through event marketing strategies and tactics.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Sole responsibility for event strategy for US market – to include evaluation, prioritization, and budgets.
  • Manage all logistics associated with our own created events, trade shows, sponsored event, curated events, sales and marketing company events in all formats including in-person, virtual and hybrid.
  • Select, manage, and execute collateral and giveaways for all events to include ordering, production and inventory management.
  • Track budgets, metrics and success criteria for all event related activities.
  • Leverage social media to promote event participation.
  • Work with global marketing team on all events.
  • Provide support for attendees to events to include travel, calendar and schedule management, client/prospect communications, and invoice/budget management.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years field marketing experience in B2B services industry preferred.
  • Experience with corporate-level event management – production, marketing, and logistics.
  • Marketing or related degree preferred.
  • Must have high level of proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel. 
  • Proven project management skills, with a high energy level and detailed oriented.
  • Comfortable working with sales professionals, account managers, senior managers, directors etc.
  • Be self-motivated, highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Energetic and productive under stressful deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills - Good communicator (both verbally and in writing).
  • Must be able to work from Home
  • Some travel required to event locations.
  • Must be able to work 8 am to 5 pm EST with flexibility to meet the needs of the business. 
  • Must pass mandatory preemployment background checks which may include pre-screening & drug tests.
