Enterprise Solutions Executive

Remote (United States) Aliso Viejo, CA

Compensation: $135,000 - $155,000 per year. You are eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan with the target of $90,000 annually, terms and conditions apply. 


The Enterprise Solutions Executive leads the full sales life cycle from prospect to close. The Enterprise Solutions Executive will represent Ambry Genetics in the field by working with health systems, IDNS and regional laboratories to create strategic and channel partnerships. The Enterprise Solutions Executive prospects, partners with internal resources and use their network to gain access to key stakeholders, garnering trust to build a case for change, influencing executives to transform their business. The Enterprise Solutions Executive is part of a mission driven company that is focused on providing affordable products to patients.


Territory: Western US


Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan by identifying, evaluating, and reaching out to potential clients
  • Achieve territory revenue and sales objectives
  • Partner with internal teams (Health Plans, Client Services, etc.) to maintain superior customer support
  • Maintain a high level of product, competitor and market knowledge
  • Participate in cross-functional teams that support all customer-facing roles within the assigned geographic region
  • Identify and develop key opinion leaders as advocates for Ambry Genetics products and services
  • Other duties as assigned 


Qualifications:  

  • A Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 Years of experience in sales within the health system, IDNs and regional laboratory market
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and high performance in sales within a competitive market; hunter mentality with strong follow through
  • Ability to travel 60-80% within defined territory
  • Successful contract negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop strong clinical product knowledge
  • Determined closer
  • Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to include active listening, coaching, advising, facilitating and problem solving are required. Ability to apply these skills at all levels and in diverse settings
  • Attention to detail and follow up skills. SAE must be able to maintain relationships with accounts to secure and grow the business
  • Highly organized and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, or a similar CRM, and other business programs
  • Possess and maintain a current, valid driver license unless agreed upon otherwise


Preferred:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferred 
  • A rolodex of health system, IDNs and lab contacts within the given territory is ideal but not required

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
