Enterprise Sales Manager

THE ROLE

The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for revenue generation through enterprise customers and will strengthen and expand relationships by optimizing their use of Dispatch. The individual joining us in this position will have previous experience working with enterprise customers.

This is a full-time exempt role (Sales exemption) that reports to the Director, Enterprise Sales & Alliances.

  • Grows enterprise customer relationships and elevates Dispatch to a more strategic position within key accounts to attain sales departmental goals
  • Develops strategic plans to maximize sales opportunities while protecting loyalty by ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Identifies decision-makers, defines a contact strategy for building relationships with those decision-makers and outlines revenue targets for achievement for the enterprise sales
  • Cross functionally collaborates with all line of business leaders to align enterprise sales goals with the needs of the business
  • Influences several different decision-makers, including purchasing managers, finance directors, senior executives and managers of departments that may use Dispatch to increase sales with key accounts or Enterprise clients or prospects
  • Manages complex enterprise sales campaigns while managing a diverse set of stakeholders, partners, and team members 
  • Utilize internal and competitive data to benchmark sales performance and determine strategic implications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 3+ Years’ experience in selling Enterprise accounts with demonstrated achievement (required)
  • Three to five years of experience with Hubspot or client management software (required)
  • The ability to accurately forecast business on a monthly and quarterly basis (required)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (required)
  • Must be a positive, self-driven team-member with a desire to learn
  • Excellent written skills and highly articulate
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle time effectively
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization and build relationships both internally and externally
  • Professionalism; being both resolute and diligent
