What you’ll do:

As an Enterprise Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for accelerating The Mom Project’s growth and leading our sales efforts with Enterprise customers. 


Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage all aspects of strategic sales cycles with enterprise customers
  • Act as an expert advisor to your prospects, communicating strategic insights and the value of The Mom Project platform to C-Suite and other senior enterprise stakeholders
  • Orchestrate involvement across the company (SDRs, marketing, implementation managers, customer success, and sales management) to support your sales opportunities
  • Discover and understand your prospects’ needs in detail, and coordinate with the internal team to develop data visualizations and analysis to frame strategic solutions
  • Demonstrate strong critical analysis and planning skills in reviewing data, understanding trends, and communicating insights
  • Provide sales oversight during the implementation process, ensuring clarity on customer requirements and optimal handoffs to the Customer Success team
  • Develop a pipeline, efficiently driving it to closure using proven sales methodology best practices
  • Effectively use sales systems to capture and accelerate pipeline and forecast (Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Meet or exceed revenue quota and bookings, executing with high productivity at high velocity
  • Be an expert on market dynamics, internal thought leadership, and marketing campaigns; understanding their relevance and introducing them into sales cycles appropriately


Requirements 

  • 5-7 years of consultative Enterprise SaaS sales experience within the software/ HR Tech space 
  • Background in selling innovation and new concepts to large Enterprises
  • Strong ability to develop a vision match with prospects and customers, create alignment across different groups and cultivate champions within customer organizations
  • Experience selling to Fortune 5000 with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives (revenue targets, pipeline targets, etc.) 
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and marketing automation systems (including Salesforce, SalesLoft, Hubspot, etc.) 
  • Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations 
  • Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated and work independently or as a member of a team 
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload 
  • Ability to travel as needed
