Join our growing eCommerce team and make a positive impact in this newly created role. You will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and automation testing of our eCommerce web and native mobile applications, including but not limited to the following:

  • Manage, mentor, and lead our eCommerce Quality team including a variety of quality, automation, DevOps, and release-focused roles.
  • Plan and carry out a roadmap to improve overall quality and automation test coverage for eCommerce web and mobile applications.
  • Develop and maintain quality dashboards to communicate key quality indicators to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Optimize and improve the application release process, increasing the reliability and quality of delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Team leaders and stakeholders – Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Architects, Scrum Masters – with a goal of helping them deliver their product roadmaps with high quality.
  • Monitor quality activities and processes to adopt and improve compliance with industry quality standards and models, such as TMMI.
  • Evaluate and implement new cutting-edge quality testing tools that improve the quality and efficiency of our applications.
  • Cultivate an open, collaborative, and fun work environment for yourself and your team.
  • Represent the eCommerce organization with regards to overall Quality and its measurable improvement.


To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Experience in management of a remote team with onshore as well as nearshore/offshore members.
  • Experience in functional and/or automated testing of large-scale eCommerce web and mobile applications.
  • Proven expertise in collaboration with a wide variety of contributors and stakeholders.
  • Excellent time-management skills for yourself and your extended team.
  • Success working within an Agile process and methodology.
  • A passion for high quality and continuous improvement.
  • 1-3 years of Management or Supervisory level experience.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Data-driven Product and Service Improvement

Develop data-driven analyses to surface new opportunities to differentiate and improve products and user experiences, ensuring consistency across digital products, services, and channels.


Digital Strategy/Transformational Projects Execution

Manage and deliver end-to-end digital programs and initiatives, leveraging agile and design-thinking principles to drive sustainable implementation.


Digital Talent Development

Develop digital training and development programs to meet identified needs; run leadership development programs to enable personal transformations on digital.


Digital Vision and Strategy

Conceptualize elements of digital strategy/digital-enabled business change projects. Develop approaches to programmatically deliver successful digital innovation engagements.


Project Management

Manage a portfolio of projects while reporting to senior colleagues.


Quality

Develop new methods, tools and programs for quality assurance. Lead developmental initiatives or programs within an area of expertise.


Budgeting

Contribute to the development of budget plans and/or deliver budget plans with guidance from senior teammates.


Information Security

Lead in detecting and analyzing cybersecurity incidents including attacks, breaches, and identified vulnerabilities and remediate any security gaps in line with the security incident management procedure.


Leadership and Direction

Communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team; explain the relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision and values; motivate people to commit to these and to doing extraordinary things to achieve local business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's Degree or Equivalent Level Preferred
  • 6 to 10+ years of substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job-related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level.
  • 1 to 3 years experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes 


Targeted Pay Range: $95,200 - $158,800.


This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
