Our Internship Program:

Take-Two’s Summer Internship Program is designed to provide students with an opportunity to gain substantive, first-hand business insight over the course of a three-month paid internship. Interns will gain hands-on exposure in the area(s) of their desired interests as well as participate in team-based summer-long projects. Our internships are created with the intent that students walk away with meaningful learning experiences that enhance both their personal and professional development goals. T2's Internship Program also serves as a gateway to building a talent pool of rising stars for permanent roles.


The Challenge:

The IT Systems Endpoint Intern position is a great opportunity to learn how end user devices are managed at a global enterprise. Computers and mobile devices are the main tools that each employee uses to get their jobs done. It’s critical that we can easily deploy these systems in an organized, consistent, and timely manager, but also make sure they are complete with the software needed to get work done and configured with proper security polices to make them safe to use out on the internet. This role helps maximize the end user’s efficiency by keeping the computing experience modernized and up to date with today's flexible working situations.


What You’ll Take On:

For this intern opportunity, the candidate will learn about endpoint device management systems and how they affect the end user experience when working with their computer and the software that is installed on it. At a high level, the candidate will learn about how to deploy hardware and software at scale in a large corporate environment and what’s need to maximize efficiency and overall security of the devices.


The candidate will assist in managing our tools that we use to manage Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. Activities include but not limited to:

  • Creating and deploying software packages for Windows and macOS devices
  • Create custom solutions for IT related problems
  • Help maintain the over health and stability of our management systems
  • Help troubleshoot escalated support issues
  • Automating manual tasks were possible
  • Creating IT support documentation


What You Bring:

  • Knowledge of computer hardware systems. Familiarity with general OS systems (Windows, macOS), programming languages (i.e., PowerShell, python), and Office software.
  • Experience in SCCM, AirWatch or comparable MDM solution.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication, Attention to Detail, Time Management.
  • Willing to participate in hybrid working model, based out of our Midtown Manhattan office.


Education: All Interns should be current students or recent grads.


Great to Have:

  • Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
  • Knowledge of database and networking security systems.
  • Experience with Apple DEP
  • Experience managing Adobe Creative Cloud
