As part of the Climate & Environment Team, with a dotted line to the store facilities team, the Energy & Sustainability Program Manager will manage the Store Development energy program designed to meet our public enterprise climate goal.
This role will lead and drive projects key to delivering sustainability KPIs (and subsequent years) including the following active projects: Store HVAC retrofit electrification program, NSO Electrification program development, EMS program, data collection and management, refrigerant discovery and management. Support the Sustainability team with data/information collection, and initiatives that require collaboration with the Store Development.
A day in the life; What you'll do
- Drive store electrification program to maximize number of stores within sustainability and store development boundaries (including capex cost, lead times, etc.)
- Track project actual and forecasted spend relative to budgets and update projections based on plans
- Create multi-year electrification roadmap and related processes inline with our climate goals and align with stakeholders to embed and execute the electrification roadmap.
- Manage and coordinate technical advisors supporting this work
- Lead energy studies for DCs and offices
- Manage discovery and scoping of future refrigerant management program
- Manage green leasing and related requests
Qualifications
- +5 years work experience in a combination of facilities, building HVAC systems, and energy management, ideally in multi-building, large business, and retail contexts
- Demonstrated experience driving operational implementation of energy and GHG reduction initiatives to reduce environmental impact of facilities
- Strong understanding of building energy systems (i.e. electricity, natural gas, HVAC), energy-efficiency measures, energy & carbon data/reporting, and familiarity with renewable energy technologies
- Understand financial implications of energy use to develop and implement energy-saving strategies and business cases
- Project management guru with the ability to manage and overs

Mompensation and Benefits Package
Lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance.
The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - $135,900 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

Workplace Arrangement
This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
