Elavon Client Account Manager

This role is NON-commission based


The Client Account Manager will assist the Virtual Payments Team with answering questions about merchant services, assist in signing up U.S. Bank clients with merchant service products and helping clients through the Do-It-Yourself sign up process. This position is a combination of sales and customer care to assure U.S. Bank clients are taken care of with all their merchant processing needs.


Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of client management experience in the financial industry


Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Thorough knowledge of applicable services, products, systems, operations and policies
  • General knowledge of merchant services
  • Good customer service/sales and problem-solving skills including listening, demonstrating courtesy and empathy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications and Sales Force

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $56,950.00 - $67,000.00 - $73,700.00This is an Elavon posting. Elavon is a part of the U.S. Bank family.
