eCommerce Marketing Specialist
McAfee’s Global Web Experience team is looking for a detail oriented and rigorous eCommerce Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Planning & Analytics family. This role will support McAfee’s global Web Experience testing and optimization strategies, ensuring best-in-class, personalized, purchase experiences across unique audience segments.
The right candidate for this role will have high attention to detail, a growth mindset, and some hands-on experience in conversion optimization testing, marketing project management, and website analytics. They place importance on organization, time management, documentation, and process.
This is a remote role based in Canada. We are only considering candidates currently located in Canada and are not offering relocation services at this time.
About the role:
- Advocate for best-in-class customer experience, clear business requirements, and quality data in landing page optimization, globally
- Support & prioritize a backlog of Marketing requests in sizing / modeling, and provide clear requirements to cross-functional stakeholders and execution teams
- Coordinate and facilitate conversion optimization testing (A/B/n, multivariant, and sequential) activities alongside other marketing activities
- Create and maintain dashboards and analyses of conversion optimization tests, and identify opportunities from data for experimentation and iterations
- Manage clear and concise documentation and communications for landing page experimentation, globally
- Ensure quality experience in all experiments and roll outs
About you:
- You have at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- You have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role
- You have an ability to form relationships at various/multiple levels
- You work very well in a fast-paced, detail-rich environment
- You work well in a fully remote environment, with the flexibility to overlap US and European, sometimes APAC, time zones
- Your background includes experience with A/B testing in a digital marketing setting
- Your proficiency in web analytics (using tools like Adobe Analytics), along with your analytical and quantitative skills, is what helps you influence data-driven business decisions
- You are familiar with qualitative analytics and tactics
- You have strong communication skills, and a high attention to detail
- You are hyper-organized in both process and documentation management
