As an eCommerce Content Marketing Specialist at Belkin, you will be a critical member of our growing Regional eCommerce Marketing team. You will have the opportunity to show off your knowledge and passion for content marketing and help shape how our customers shop online.
The eCommerce Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality, optimization, and accuracy of product pages across Amazon US. They will manage the upload, edits, and audits of listings as well as troubleshoot issues.
They also support in developing Belkin’s best practices for the Amazon storefront and product pages. They report to the Global eCommerce Content Marketing Manager and work cross functionally to ensure successful NPI launches.
Our hybrid work model allows you to work from home and take advantage of our brand-new HQ in El Segundo at any time. Most likely, you'll work from your home most of the time and come to the office to use our equipment and meet with the team. Many of us spend 2-3 days in the office per week.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Manage the accuracy and performance of a select number of product pages and brand storefront experiences.
- Drive content strategy & lead entire creative briefing process for the development and implementation for new product launches.
- As a primary Test Lead in Belkin’s agile POD to run content-focused optimizations to improve the traffic and conversion of the product pages and the Brand storefront
- Source and setup digital assets for use across PDP’s & Storefront
- Troubleshoot & escalate listing issues through vendor support or vendor managers.
- Track content score and other listing metrics to identify areas needing support or optimization.
- Act as an Amazon thought leader and recommend strategies to improve online content.
- Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Global Marketing and Digital Creative to ensure successful NPI launches.
- Perform post-NPI retros with the same team to understand what worked well, what didn’t, and what to change for future NPIs.
- Accountable for adhering to the organization and department procedures and guidelines, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in content/digital/e-commerce marketing preferably for a consumer electronics brand
- 1-3 years of experience working with Amazon Vendor Central or content optimization within digital marketplaces
- 1-3 years experience with asset management systems, asset upload, and vendor support
- 2+ years of experience working with creative teams, including building creative briefs, defining requirements, providing constructive feedback, and working with standard creative resources (DAM et al.)
- Deep knowledge of key content marketing levers on Amazon, including A+ Content, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), Store Front, Gallery Graphics, metadata, and SEO-optimized copy;
- Experience across Amazon’s tools and levers, including Manage Your Experiments, search term reports
- Detail oriented individual, with a strong focus on project management.
- Strong communication, presentation, collaborative and writing skills.
- Ability to work well with others; team player and customer focused.

Range for this position: $65,000 - $78,000
Factors such as geographic location, academic credentials, relevant experience, and specific knowledge, skills and abilities will influence the actual salary offered. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, compensation also includes a performance-based bonus, and in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
