IN A NUTSHELL…


The Distribution Inventory Shift Lead is responsible and accountable for overseeing Inventory Specialists, including all aspects of quality control and testing of all products entering/leaving the Vault. Works closely with Marijuana Infused Products (MIP), Transportation and Harvest teams to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of finished products to each dispensary location.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Follow Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations 
  • Work in close coordination with the Inventory Management, Transport Team, and dispensary Inventory Teams to schedule day to day tasks of Inventory Specialists 
  • Utilize the inventory management system to transfer, track and adjust inventory, including inventory audits 
  • Responsible for inventory, recordkeeping, auditing, and quality control of all finished products in the Vault 
  • Coordinates product tracking and ensuring proper inventory levels at each dispensary location 
  • Acquires and documents samples for testing, and performs remediation for failed product testing 
  • Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity 
  • Create and maintain an organized and consistent stocking and packaging systems for both existing and new products. 
  • Ensures that all MIP products are packaged and inventoried accurately; and that all flower product is labeled correctly 
  • Works closely with the Wholesale Sales team to fulfill and manifest wholesale orders 


EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING

Required

  • Age 21 or over
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to always interact professionally 
  • Passionate about the importance of medical marijuana 


Preferred

  • Inventory Department experience
  • Fulfillment Center or Stocking experience
  • Experience in the Cannabis Industry


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • You will be working in an Indoor vault room and a lab/prep kitchen environment
  • Requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time 
  • Consistent attention to detail for 8 hours per day
  • Must be able to bend, lift and stoop continuously
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted
