Director, Strategy & Operations

Fabletics, Inc is currently looking for a Director of Strategy & Operations for YITTY.


How Do You Fit In?

We are looking for a motivated, strategic and execution-oriented individual to support strategic operational and growth initiatives for YITTY. The Director of Strategy & Operations for YITTY will be focused on owning as well as project-managing key initiatives ranging from start-up projects to high impact initiatives that will transform and grow the business.

 

The role will report into the President of the brand and will work closely with the YITTY leadership team, the core Fabletics Inc. executive team, and cross-functional executives focused on Member Insights, Retail, TechstyleOS (including tech and GMS), the Fabletics Strategy & Operations team, and other key team members throughout the business.


Responsibilities:

  • Run strategy & operations for the business, across the functions of data & analytics, market research, strategy and business operations.
  • Develop, own and execute the brand growth strategy and long-term strategic roadmap; build roadmap and prioritize initiatives for execution.
  • Work with member insights on all research and customer insights, including surveys to customers and external respondents. Synthesize results into recommended actions across the business.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and develop competitive analyses as needed, driving actionable recommendations that keep us at the leading edge of the market.
  • Act as the primary partner to Shared Services, including Global Member Services, Fulfillment Center, and the Data Analytics teams to ensure all teams are aware of and on board with key strategies and initiatives in real time, closely connected to the brand team to ensure efficient and effective business support and a seamless customer experience.
  • Act as the primary partner to the brand Finance team to ensure business strategies and financial plans are aligned, updated and cascaded to the team.
  • Lead business development strategies to assess and analyze opportunities and drive internal and partner alignment on critical brand and business decisions.
  • Drive operations and operational efficiency through development and ownership of a brand-wide calendar and highly efficient meeting cadence; work cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and develop creative solutions to ensure project and overall business success.
  • Own and run weekly tactical strategy meetings, key run-of-business meetings and strategic offsites; Drive meeting cadence, attendees, agendas, decks and cascades; Facilitate meeting structure, priorities and flow; Drive substantive conversations and debate to get at the best results; Ensure follow up on all key initiatives.
  • Provide strategic, analytical and creative deck-building support for brand presentations, offsite sessions, investor and Board of Directors meetings and more.
  • Drive cross-functional business initiatives from kick-off to completion, simultaneously managing and prioritizing multiple initiatives across various teams and timelines.
  • Operationalize leadership priorities by driving strategic direction, scope, analysis, project management, execution and reporting for ad-hoc initiatives.
  • Act as strategic thought partner to brand President and executive team, driving an innovative, efficient and effective brand and business growth strategy.
  • Drive OKR alignment process for YITTY leadership team; work with cross-functional leaders to build effective OKRs on time, on a quarterly basis. Build and manage Strategy & Operations OKRs.
  • Directly manage Executive Assistant to Brand President


Qualifications:

  • Results driven mentality with minimum 6 years of experience in a management consulting, corporate strategy & operations, or strategic startup role.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate managing multiple stakeholders on a project/initiative.
  • The ability to prioritize and juggle multiple high-impact and cross-functional projects simultaneously.
  • Top-tier Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills, with a strong eye for great design and formatting.
  • Strong market research skills and experience; ability to develop, analyze and synthesize complex customer surveys leading to clear, actionable data.
  • Solution-oriented with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Highly organized and accountable with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset to drive cross-functional project execution.
  • Strong verbal and visual communication skillset; ability to convey complex ideas in a very clear and simple way.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit; willingness to challenge the status quo with meaningful ideas and insights.


Additional Experience Desired:

  • Experience as a project manager / project lead on large, high impact projects
  • Experience leading others, with capability to hire, manage and mentor a dedicated team as the business grows.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $113,040 to $176,880. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
