Director, Programmatic Partnerships

The Director, Programmatic Partnerships will be responsible for growing and managing the success of advertising monetization partners. We seek a passionate, organized, experienced professional to uncover opportunities and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, excellent negotiator, and can drive partnership work streams to grow Dotdash Meredith’s strong standing in the digital advertising market.


Responsibilities

  • Evaluating and negotiating with new and existing programmatic advertising monetization partners.
  • Working with finance, product, engineering, sales, and partners to forecast revenue projections for new and existing partnerships.
  • Manage day to day responsibilities to drive highest priority initiatives with our partners.
  • Analyze data to ensure partnerships are delivering on forecasts and commitments.
  • Troubleshooting integration issues, optimize integrations, and implement programmatic best practices.
  • Clearly understand, translate, and articulate tech and business requirements to partners to make sure they deliver on commitments.
  • Communicate and provide input for prioritization where product is needed to be built internally to support partnership requirements.


Requirements

  • BA or BS
  • At least 6 years of programmatic advertising technology experience
  • At least 4 years hands-on experience in working with partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions andrecommendations.
  • Must be highly organized with excellent follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate the big picture and drill down to supporting details.
  • Excellent and multi-tasking and close attention to detail a must.
  • Strong judgment; able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive. Self-starter. Curious and seeks to learn more by digging in.
  • Hard worker: understands that aspirations are realized through achieving goals and making tangible contributions.
  • High energy; positive approach.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced problem-solving environment.

Pay Range

Salary: $135000 - $150000The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith’s total compensation package for employees.
