Director, Product Marketing

We’re looking for a senior PMM leader to help build and lead a global team of product marketing managers, responsible for overseeing over a dozen product SKUs (and growing!) across 4 business line segments, from SMB to Enterprise.

You’ll work closely with the CMO, CEO, SVP of Sales, and SVP of Product to bring Rippling’s innovative products to market and ensure we hit our product adoption and revenue goals. You — and your team — will be the experts on our product, customers, competitors, and how we articulate Rippling products in the marketplace.

What you will do

  • Help build, lead, and scale a global product marketing team
  • Own positioning, messaging, GTM, and lifecycle strategy for a majority of Rippling’s core products
  • Act as the API between sales, marketing, product, support, and the executive team
  • Partner closely with sales and growth to ensure we hit our revenue goals; from arming the sales team with competitive intel and sales collateral to developing ad campaigns for new products.
  • Uncover hidden opportunities. You’ll proactively find blockers to scale, then work with the rest of the team to remove them. We place a high premium on taking the initiative to solve problems.

What you will need

  • 7+ years of SaaS product marketing experience, overseeing multiple product lines
  • 3+ years of management experience, managing matrixed teams of 5 or more
  • Left and right brained; creative and numbers oriented
  • Eye for good copy and design

All Tiers: $182,000 - 273,000/year

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
