What You'll Do

Duties Include:

  • Lead the Canadian Partners Organization (CPO), a key component of Cisco’s success.
  • Continue the development of relationships and alliances with a community of over 1,700 partners


Drive revenue growth through Cisco’s transformation to recurring revenue and a Customer Success based lifecycle approach


  • Lead and develop a motivated team of partner account managers and business development managers.
  • Develop, oversee and lead cross functional activities ensuring all aspects of partner enablement and operational support are taken care of
  • Act as the primary interface between the CPO and other Cisco organisations, especially The Americas Partners Organisation.  
  • Act as a change agent to transform the sales and partner experience by improving the operational environment as the business continues to evolve into new markets and product segments.
  • Allocate Cisco investments on the partner community.
  • Run and improve channels programmes.


Who You'll Work With

The Canada Partners Organisation Director will be part of the Canada Sales leadership team, reporting into the President of Canada Sales and collaborating with the segment leaders, engineering leaders and other support functions.


Who You Are

The ideal candidate possesses the following:

  • At least 10+ years' experience in channels and/or sales, strategy, planning, engineering, operations supporting a sales organization.
  • Deep knowledge of the Canadian IT partners ecosystem and good relationships with the main players.
  • A good understanding Cisco partner models and solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface will all levels of management, both internal and external.
  • Commitment to helping build CPO as a destination with a conscious culture
  • Strong leadership skills in a teaming environment
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to create new business solutions
  • Ability to combine day to day executions with  strategic thinking
  • Proven ability to influence and lead outside of organization and across roles and functions
