Director, Operations

Remote (San Francisco, CA) New York, NY

The GTM Strategist will lead strategic initiatives to drive pipeline and bookings across Professional Services, streamline and simplify selling motions, and help create bigger, more meaningful opportunities for strategic relationships with our customers. Collaborating with global and regional teams, they will lead AI-driven capabilities in the selling cycle, develop go-to-market strategies, and ensure accountability while enhancing pipeline predictability. By identifying customer propensity to buy and fostering data-driven insights, they will drive impactful deals and optimize cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for sustained growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop data-driven GTM strategies to increase overall PS pipeline, drive bigger deals, and accelerate deal cycles
  • Innovate sales processes using AI capabilities, helping to streamline opportunity identification, proposal development, and cross-team collaboration. Help focus sellers’ time on the right deals, at the right time, with the right offer.
  • Increase forecast accuracy, by using historical data and current deal inspection inputs to validate our confidence a deal will close
  • Create a predictive approach to identifying customers where we can proactively position greater value on their investment
  • Drive data-driven customer insights, next best offer, and key performance indicators, driving accountability and predictability across sales teams
  • Partner with global and regional teams to connect and align selling motions across License sales, Success, Solution Engineering, and Professional Services for seamless customer experiences
  • Collaborate with product and offer teams to shape go-to-market strategies & offerings impact

Colorado Salary: $159,000 - $230,600

Hawaii Salary: $159,000 - $230,600

New York Salary: $174,800 - $276,600

Washington Salary: $159,000 - $253,600
