Director, Omnichannel Marketplace Management and Analytics

Denver, CO

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Omnichannel Marketplace Management & nalytics to join our team at The North Face in our largest region (Americas). This role will drive key commercial success of the brand across all channels and will be the main actor in protecting commercial execution in the region.


You will report directly to the Vice President of Multi-channel operations and will lead a successful team working closely with the Americas leadership team and cross-functional teams to drive successful marketplace execution.

How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

  • Manage and provide vision to omnichannel marketplace data & analytics team to support robust decision making and suggest course of action (sell-in, sell-out, inventory) defining success and tracking against It by refining existing tools and/or develop new tools/reports.
  • Manage in-season-execution (trading) weekly processes to coordinate and drive omnichannel commercial execution In Americas (Including Promotional strategies and tactics).
  • Drive consistent and elevated execution of data operations and maintenance.
  • Coordinate and drive business practice transformations and excellence across TNF Americas partnering with different departments and/or VF functions to drive the solutions needed for the brand (e.g., SAP effectiveness, BI evolution, OTC evolution, DTC improvements etc.).

  • Being precise and able to go from big picture to details working on concurring deadlines and priorities.

  • Ensure clear, consistent and relevant analytics are developed and distributed consistently to key stakeholder In the organization.
  • Protect and drive action out of business reads and analytics to consistently ensure goals are achieved from a commercial point of view.
  • Improve ways of working and key processes to drive foundational activities In a omnichannel environment (e.g. Order to Cash Improvements).

Skills for Success

  • Years of related professional experience: 10+ years
  • Educational position requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

Hiring Range:

$140,832.00 USD - $176,040.00 USD annually


Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
