Director of Sales

What You’ll Do:

You will lead our established Maryland medical cannabis wholesale division. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for ensuring we meet and exceed our monthly revenue growth targets and product mix distribution targets. You will also be responsible for collaborating with the Directors of Cultivation and Manufacturing to ensure the products available to you and your team meet the needs of our dispensary partners and Maryland’s patients. You will work directly with the corporate Finance team to develop sales strategies, maintain budget/sales forecasts, and oversee the execution of the sales plan. This role also includes managing a team of Partner Experience and Sales Representatives and you are responsible for coaching the sales team to maximize their potential.

What You’ll Need:

You will have 7+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods, and be experienced in leading and training a sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. You will be an ambitious go-getter who is extroverted and prefers to be in the market visiting dispensary partners rather than spending the day behind a computer screen.
