Budget Management

  • Own and manage the Instore Projects: Forecast the cost of projects, manage the B, R1, R2 Budgeting Process, Daily Budget management – Identify savings to allocate towards key priorities.
  • Work closely with the VP of retail to adjust planning based on retailer priority and timing.
  • Be the bridge to finance for all things capex to have complete oversight of the budget

Space and Location Initiative and Management

  • Seasonally and all year-support the VP of Retail with managing the details of the negotiation conversations via centralized tracking, roll up retailer decks, S&L strategies, etc.
  • Work closely with the RVP’s to align on S&L and key opportunities and step outs.
  • Work closely with Store Planning to execute validated projects and report project status

Project Direction

  • Support at the capital meeting with key S&L priorities to move projects through the pipeline – in partnership with Store Planning and VP of retail
  • Influence the flow of store planning designs to maximize retail operations and opportunities. Be part of the briefing process support the RVP’s and the VP of retail with key input.

Retailer Project Planning Coordination

  • Establish strong working relationships with retail partners -> i.e., store planning departments. Secure capital plans – review with management to set the road map for fiscal planning. 
  • Align priorities with MGMT and Retailers
  • Identify risks and key opportunities
  • Provide execution details, timeline on project status updates to our partners
  • Align with all global partners where interaction and proposals are warranted. Develop business case for new initiatives.  

In Store

  • Key Partner to KAM’s, VM and Retailer VM partners to develop robust in store programming to maintain Dior’s positioning in store. Manage all Dior Fragrance Shops, updates and transitions, ID all key opportunities for upgrades with an eye on the competitive landscape.
  • Create a digital deck with all floor maps by retailer. Beauty and fragrances. Update as warranted, create synergy and use of these for all retail store tours.
  • Roll up opportunities to VP of Retailer and align with retail partners for clean execution
  • Support VP of retail and Retail Partners by being the gate keeper for execution of key in store programming (Premium in cases, Podiums Program, all existing + and new in store formats) 
  • Facilitate all in case schematics, POSM and launch rollout as well as all updates.
  • Aid the team with the 360 roll up initiative via the contribution of in store planning


  • Requires strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills. Strategic and creative thinker, advanced problem solver. Ability to execute with precision and pivot quickly to support the needs of the business. Strong ability to apply management oversight to ID needs and then develop action plans to support those needs.
  • Minimum 2 year in-store planning.
  • Experience with Retailer negotiations, and communication on individual construction and corporate projects.
  • Floor plan design focus and expertise in mapping and space and location evolution.
