As the Director of Product Marketing, Healthcare Informatics you'll lead new product launches and shift our go-to-market strategy to a SaaS-focused approach. Collaborate with product management to harmonize and innovate business models, and position our radiology informatics as the top Enterprise Imaging and Informatics vendor.
Your role:
- Develop go-to-market plans for launches by gathering market research, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback. Lead the shift towards a Solutions-focused organization by harmonizing business models and revising pricing structures.
- Position our radiology informatics offering as the top Enterprise Imaging and Informatics vendor. Collaborate with other Philips businesses and partners to develop comprehensive commercial solutions and value propositions.
- Create integrated marketing plans and campaigns with other business units, tailored to our key audiences. Ensure marketing messages are compliant by working with clinical teams, legal, and regulatory.
- Organize user group meetings and advisory boards, acting as the main contact for industry analysts. Inspire and mobilize people in a multinational environment with strong communication skills.
- Understand customer needs and commercial success criteria by collaborating with customers, global colleagues, and industry partners. Think conceptually from a broad business perspective, considering both strategic and operational aspects.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 10+ years related experience in Product Management/Marketing or adjacent fields (e.g. Field Marketing, Clinical Marketing) with proven customer facing experience (typically C-suite).
- You have experience with gathering market insights, value proposition generation, pricing, communications, channel management and planning; experience in an Enterprise (Imaging) Software business; and experience in driving thought leadership and inspiring sales / marketing organizations.
- Your skills include demonstrable communication skills and the ability to lead an organization in the development and implementation of Go-to-Market strategies for market leading solutions.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree; ideally a Master’s or MBA in the field of (B2B) marketing.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You are results oriented, have problem solving skills and business acumen, and are familiar with continuous improvement techniques or processes.
- You must feel comfortable in a venture environment which can be hectic and hands-on.
- This role may require up to 15-20% travel both domestically and internationally.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $160,000,000 to $275,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
