Lead a team(s), responsible for enterprise product strategy, roadmap and delivery of all personalization and performance marketing platforms (AEP, Email, Target, etc.), including data-driven marketing enablement and tracking. Drive business growth and revenue across CSBB and Wholesale.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop, execute, and oversee management of cross-functional strategy, with ability to articulate investment thesis to stabilize and scale capabilities across Truist, both CSBB and Wholesale businesses. 
  2. Lead the development, execution and oversight of the personalization and performance marketing product management team. Deliver innovative solutions that evolve, grow, and optimize Truist connected channel interactions.
  3. Partner with key stakeholders across marketing, digital (ie., digital banking, virtual solutions) and business teams to determine prioritization, requirements and roadmap discovery and delivery. 
  4. Build and deploy relevant business and cross-functional strategies that leverage platform capabilities to drive engagement, lead conversion with key audiences. 
  5. Improve processes, automation and speed to market working within team, with vendors and across key stakeholder groups, with a focus on improving efficiencies and reducing risk. 
  6. Manage within our Agile Triad model in partnership with Design and Technology leadership, improving our predictability and roadmap success. 
  7. Lead strong operating routines that keep stakeholders, partners and key executive teams informed and up to date on key accomplishments. Be a voice for the personalization narrative, capabilities, and learnings.
  8. Manage a multi-million dollar budget efficiently and effectively.


QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training
  2. Ten years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, managing complex product management teams
  3. Demonstrated contribution to marketing strategy development to solve complex and/or unique operational problems
  4. Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes
  5. Extensive knowledge of business and organizational strategies and management objectives
  6. Ability to lead large projects of significant complexity and notable risk exposure
  7. Ability to influence others at senior levels to adopt a new perspective
  8. Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and an understanding of the market and regulatory factors that shape the industry
  9. Experience leading a team of junior and professional-level contributors


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Financial services or related industry experience
  2. Agile delivery experience
  3. Integrated marketing and digital marketing experience
  4. Multi-cultural marketing experience
  5. Experience with delivering national and/or global social media and influencer marketing campaigns
