RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide day-to-day management and operational guidance to a team of managers and specialists responsible for delivering human resources services (i.e. employee engagement, employee relations, internal communications, succession planning, talent development, training/L&D, organizational development, and events)Drive the development of a high-performance culturePartner with leaders across the company to drive effective and efficient teamsCreate and direct Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programsCollaborate with Finance and Legal teamsNavigate and direct complex employment mattersWork directly with the Director of Talent Acquisition to support Talent and Organization DevelopmentMaintain a deep understanding of the business and culture in order to provide strategic HR guidance across the businessProvide leadership guidance and mentoring. Develop and implement solutions to organizational challenges by leading and coaching others through changesCreate and maintain Company intranet, develop new internal communications programDevelop training, learning and development programsResponsible for overseeing internal events


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 4-8 years’ of directly relevant management experience (i.e., leading people both in a direct and indirect manner) in a comparable or larger organization.10-15 years’ of human resources experience in a combination of both generalist and specialist functions with a strong track record of increasing responsibilities.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, business administration, or related discipline; MBA a plusExperience with retail, fashion or e-commerce, and/or digital, technology, or mediaExperience in a high-growth, fast-paced work environment, required
