Qualifications
SEGA seeks a sharp and analytical individual with a passion for all aspects of mobile growth including user acquisition, app store optimization, creative planning, and partnerships.
Thinking and executing across the entire consumer funnel you’ll be tasked with acquiring and scaling high-quality players through paid media and by leveraging promotional opportunities with our partners and across SEGA’s owned media channels.
You’ll collaborate with SEGA’s Western and Eastern development teams to drive holistic growth for a plethora of famous brands and innovative new IP.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate player acquisition campaigns, testing a variety of traffic sources and targeting refinements to grow game user bases and maximize return on investment.
- Plan funnel success metrics and partner with the data science team to provide a detailed interpretation of performance data, identifying new opportunities and improvements.
- Analyze keywords, screenshots, app icon, and other app store optimization opportunities and iterate and execute app store updates to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Work with Development and Data Science teams to identify game features that would improve the efficiencies of the buy/drive virality.
- Implement new measurement methodologies to adapt to privacy policies like Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
- Collaborate with product, ads, data, and creative teams to enhance the portfolio and business through comprehensive lifecycle marketing
- Create and run AB tests and be able to interpret and represent data to wider team members.
- Contribute to successful ad creative concepts and conduct creative testing, collaborating closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to deploy breakthrough creative executions to engage new users and maximize ROAS.
- Ensure games and campaigns are tagged and tracked correctly, defining event goals associated with user acquisition objectives and support game studios and the brand teams during implementation.
- Work with the development teams to communicate on-going marketing efforts and line up marketing support with in-game opportunities.
- Experience managing and scaling growth teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 8+ year’s experience in user acquisition, partnerships and product marketing for a mobile product, ideally in games.
- Hands on experiencing planning and managing user acquisition campaigns, presenting KPIs and results in a concise fashion.
- Knowledgeable with ASO practices on both iOS and Google Play
- Extensive experience working with Facebook, Google, Twitter, Tiktok, Apple Search, and other direct mobile channels like DSPs.
- Understanding of privacy laws such as CCPA, GDPR, and managing SKAd network settings with our MMP.
- Deep understanding of F2P business models and other app monetization approaches
- Hands-on experience working with data to measure, analyze, and report the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Intellectually curious with strong analytical skills, including demonstrated ability of performing complex data analysis and building data-driven reports.
- Experience of working with development teams and media outlets to properly implement and test analytics tracking.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Ability to analyze, draft, and share presentations to the executive team in a clear and effective manner.
- Self-motivated, revenue driven and passionate about supporting SEGA in the online games space.
- Outstanding oral, written and multi-cultural communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented, possess good time management as well as business process management skills and be able to prioritize in a changing environment.
- Ability to travel. This position requires occasional day and overnight trips away from the traditional business setting.
- Active player of mobile games, able to understand the perspective of both casual and mid-core gamer.
