Director of Investor Relations
Fiverr is looking for a Director of Investor Relations who will be responsible for managing Fiverr's IR function. You will play a pivotal role in developing our Investor Relations strategy and communications at Fiverr. This position is highly influential with our investor community and will require tight collaboration with other senior leaders and executive management.
Reporting to the VP Strategic Finance, located in NYC.
What am I going to do?
- Work closely with our VP Strategic Finance and CFO to build Fiverr's IR function to strategically position our business to external stakeholders
- Develop and execute the annual and long-term investor engagement plan
- Build relationships with existing investors, while developing and implementing a strategy to identify and market to new prospective investors and sell-side analysts
- Oversee and manage the entire earnings process including drafting scripts, earnings press releases, shareholder letters, investor presentations, Q&A documents, call coordination and the daily management of the process
- Organize conferences, roadshows, and investor meetings to support analysts, investors and others on all IR activities
- Analyze and present on market trends, competitive behavior, shareholder concerns, and other factors that may impact the business
- Work closely with legal and other internal stakeholders to drive Fiverr's ESG reporting practices, including creation and publication of Fiverr's annual ESG report, coordinating data collection across departments, and develop strategic communications plan on ESG issues tailored to key stakeholders
What are the qualifications?
- 7+ years of experience in combination of internal investor relations and sell-side analyst roles
- Deep knowledge of Internet enabled marketplaces is preferred
- Relationships with sell-side and buy-side analysts is plus
- A strong team player with passion, leadership skills, and a mindset of willing to do anything and everything
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and collaborate within cross-functional teams
- Extremely detail oriented and organized. Excellent multi-tasker who is always "on it" with stellar time and project management skills
- Superb communicator, both written and verbal
