Director, Legal and Professional Network Management

Remote (United States)

A Day in the Life:

  • Lead global recruiting activities to attract top legal talent to join the Rocket Lawyer ASK fulfillment network
  • Build onboarding program ensuring positive, enthusiasm-building learning experience for newly joined legal professionals
  • Understand supply/demand trends/plans and ensure we are staffed appropriately in all geographies and practice areas 
  • Actively monitor SLA attainment and adjust staffing accordingly to ensure all KPIs met or exceeded
  • Define and manage compensation program ensuring perfect accuracy of monthly statements and develop a pay-for-performance model
  • Develop and lead engagement activities for our Legal Professional fulfillment network, including training and educational sessions, constantly solicit and rationalize feedback on processes, tools, etc. and consolidate into a roadmap for improvement
  • Conduct Quality Audits on all fulfillment work, coach and provide feedback as appropriate
  • Oversee documentation and credential management both when new and annually/as needed
  • Constantly analyze the current state of operational effectiveness, synthesize fulfillment network team and customer feedback and provide input on optimization of tools, policies and processes 
  • Ensure compliance with applicable internal processes
  • Effectively work cross functionally with all partner organizations and serve as an operational subject matter expert in all cross functional endeavors
  • Provide thoughtful and meaningful input on definition of departmental and organizational goals


Requirements:

  • 5-15 Years experience in attracting talent, managing performance and forecasting staffing plans for a distributed organization
  • Experience in Legal recruitment field (either 3rd party or in-house)
  • Demonstrated track record defining and administering compensation model for remote suppliers
  • Proven history of definitions and administering quality measurement programs, identifying and addressing performance gaps
  • Ability to build trust, foster strong working relationships and collaboratively work with stakeholders of all levels, positively influence outcomes
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to distill and convey information in a concise and compelling manner
  • Strong organizational and management skills, effectively responding to a wide range of incoming requests and responsibilities
  • Strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills, willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results
  • Maintains unsurpassed attention to detail and command of business details
  • Capable of understanding technology and maintaining mastery of the business
