Director, Digital Engagement

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the digital engagement lead, aligned to our Retail domain, responsible for creating digital strategies and program/product roadmaps, working directly with clients to position engagements and EPAM for success
  • Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities and challenges of the space/markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects clients’ business and initiatives
  • Responsible for shaping digital CX solutions and properly scoping / pricing engagements, establishing optimal operating models and project team organization, and leading the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase
  • Understand the full end-end product life cycle, from initial product design strategy through to UX Design, development, and release, working closely with program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model
  • Orchestrate digital transformation and product solutions, teams, strategic roadmaps, data-driven experience design, platform implementation, and continuous improvement/optimization programs
  • Develop effective relationships with clients as well as key internal executives, BU heads, Account Managers, Solution SME’s, Sales, and Delivery Leaders to maximize growth within an account/client portfolio
  • Drive digital revenue within the client portfolio by identifying opportunities and influencing EPAM’s CX services
  • Support sales and pre-sales activities by assessing digital opportunities, responding to RFP’s, creating proposals and presentations, establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close / sign new deal
  • The performance scorecard will include achieving target revenue goals, meeting target billable utilization and contributing to EPAM and Digital Practice people initiatives


REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of demonstrated success in developing and growing client relationships and leading teams delivering end-to-end solutions
  • Must live in the Pacific Northwest and be open to travel to the Seattle area
  • Domain expertise in Retail required
  • Strong problem solver and creative thinker with gravitas
  • Ability to operate at a strategic level yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to the team
  • Experience managing and monitoring performance metrics across large scale accounts and account portfolios
  • Exceptional management skills and superb oral and written communication, with strong presentation abilities
  • Strong digital knowledge or experience with particular emphasis on strategy, consulting, team management and product development
  • Proven ability to manage client engagements under high stress to successful completion
