Digital & Social Media Specialist
What you will do:
The Digital & Social Media Specialist, Corporate Communications will be a key member of the Corporate Communications team, focusing on content creation, social media management, social listening, reporting, and managing website updates. This role is located at Clarios’ headquarters.
How you will do it:
- Develop and manage engaging digital content, including writing posts, articles, shooting and editing videos, photography, and designing graphics, all aligned with Clarios’ brand and goals.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistent and timely updates.
- Manage the social media content calendar to ensure a well-organized and strategic approach to planning and publishing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with broader marketing and communications strategies.
- Monitor and engage with our social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and interactions to foster a positive online presence.
- Identify and brainstorm new creative approaches for influencer campaigns and creator relationships.
- Utilize social listening tools to track industry trends and relevant conversations, providing insights and recommendations.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, preparing regular reports for the team and leadership.
- Coordinate our global employee advocacy program, encouraging and guiding employees to share approved content and engage on social media.
- Work closely with the Communications and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall company goals.
- Coordinate and develop content for website updates, ensuring information is current and engaging.
- Support day-to-day agency management, including creator communication, campaign briefings, and content approvals.
What we look for - Qualifications
Required :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, social analytics, and SEO.
- Experience in content creation, including writing, video production, photography, and graphic design.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Skilled in CMS and website content management.
- Project Management experience and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Preferred;
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout).
- Knowledge of paid social media strategies.
- Proactive in learning and adapting to new social media trends and tools.
